Ruth leads the first 20-minutes of today's resistance training class where she hits the full body. She does lead a brief warm-up in today's class but if you think you're going to continue on for a longer workout then we suggest a longer warm-up.
If the first 20-minutes isn't enough of a workout for your full body then you can continue with the second workout. Joanne will be leading today's floor series. Make sure you have your resistance bands handy as she will be using it to continue this full body workout on the floor.
