This small clip has been taken from one of over 300 online exercise videos.
In this video April will be showing the advanced stability ball class how to do a reverse fly exercise. The reverse fly is an excellent way to improve your posture by strengthening the upper back and the back of the shoulders. Afterwards, April will also show us ways we can improve our balance using the stability ball.
At iHomeFitness, all of our stability ball classes are divided into three 20-minute segments to help you manage your time and spend more of it with those you love.
The first segment is appropriate for the beginner-level exerciser. Doing it alone might be sufficient for your day. Intermediate and advanced exercisers can use this portion as a warm up if they wish to participate in a longer class.
The second segment usually consists of more active intermediate level exercises. If you are ready to progress from a 20-minute workout, adding the second segment will give more of a challenge.
Lastly, we often finish with an advanced segment. It's recommended to warm up before attempting this class, and participating in either the beginner or intermediate segments are a great way to do that. Since those who are participating in the advanced segments are more experienced, the instructor spends less time explaining how to do the exercises in order to move a bit quicker when transitioning from one exercise to the other.
At iHomeFitness, we understand that going to the gym can be time consuming and somewhat intimidating. We believe that there are many benefits to resistance training that many are not taking advantage of and we want to help. We have a variety of resistance training classes that either use a resistance band, stability ball, free weights or no equipment at all. Our fitness professionals will explain in detail the correct technique in every exercise as you follow along.
