Feel free to repeat any of the previous classes as many times as you wish. If you are ready to challenge yourself a bit more we invite you to try the intermediate class.
This is the last intermediate ball session. Ruth has challenged you with a variety of exercises in this series to challenge your core strength and stability. If you are looking to increase your strength a bit more then we invite you to join April who teaches the advanced class.
