At iHomeFitness all our yoga classes are divided into three 20-minute segments. The first 20-minute segment of every yoga practise is a gentle warm up. For many beginners doing the first 20-minute segment might be sufficient for your day.
The second segment usually consists of more active standing postures. If you are ready to progress from a 20-minute practise, adding the second segment will provide more of a challenge.
Lastly, we often finish with a restorative segment that is more relaxing. If you have already participated in the first two segments or you finished another exercise video, the restorative portion is a great way to cool down the body and release tension in the tissues.
