In today's first session Larry wakes up the body with some fantastic postures. Remember the goal isn't to see how deep you can get in the postures. We call it a yoga practice because flexibility takes time. Larry uses a yoga strap for this session. If you don't have one then a belt or scarf will do just fine.
If the first session worked out for you then feel free to join Larry for today's second session. This one is a bit more active. Larry uses blocks however, if you don't have these props you can use books.
Here's the restorative yoga session. Be prepared to feel more relaxed. Have a towel or pillow standing by.
