In this first session Larry focuses on bringing movement into the body. There will be gentle range of motion exercises to help bring lubrication to your joints.
In this second session of yoga, Larry uses the aid of a wall. If you would like to join him in these poses, find an area of your home where there is sufficient wall space. You will also notice he uses a stool for some of the poses, so have a chair handy just in case you think you might need one.
Larry takes this third session to create some length through the legs and openness through the hips. Have your yoga strap handy. If you don't own one a belt or scarf will work as well.
