We will start in the standing position for the first section of this yoga class. LeAnne will focus on building strength and developing an inner heat through the breath.
Leanne will be working towards core stability in this second section of this yoga practice.
This third section LeAnne will be using some yoga props to help you get into some of the restorative poses. LeAnne recommends two yoga mats however, if that is not available to you a rolled up blanket or towel should work as well. Also, if you have some blocks available please have those handy.
