Leanne teaches today's Yoga class. This first session will get you moving and warm the body up. LeAnne uses yoga blocks in this class. If you're new to yoga it's not necessary to have them here, but if you wish to continue with a consistent practice many find these props very handy.
Leanne makes reference to use of props in this sequence. Consider having a towel, a pillow and some books standing by.
This last session is a bit more relaxing. Go ahead and put a few more layers on to keep yourself warm while we slow things down.
