We are looking at developing meta, which means loving-kindness. Therefore, our focus is cultivating loving-kindness towards ourselves as we move through each pose.
It is often easier to offer loving-kindness to others, but since yoga is our personal practice we will be directing our loving-kindness towards ourselves. For this second segment of yoga, you might need a few yoga blocks or books near by.
Now that we've been cultivating meta (loving-kindness) towards ourselves, it will feel more natural to offer it to others. Lets continue to have that as our focus for this last segment. Keep your yoga blocks handy.
