LeAnne will workshop two poses found in the traditional Sun Salutation to help us develop strength in the core and upper body. LeAnne uses a yoga block just for a reference point. A thick hardcover book will work as well.
For the more vigorous segment LeAnne will be taking us through the full expression of Sun Salutation A. This will create some heat in the body as your heart rate and breathing rate will increase. Remember to move with your own breath and slow things down if you need to.
Have a your yoga blocks and straps handy for this last yoga segment. LeAnne is focusing on forwards bends to help release tension in the hamstrings and hips.
