LeAnne starts us off with a slow movement towards a sun salutation sequence. Her challenge today is to have you focused on 'the here and now' and not allowing your mind to wander towards self criticism.
Now that your body is warmed up LeAnne will be moving towards building vitality while working through some leg and core strengthening in this standing series.
For the restorative sequence we will be working through finding some openness and space through the hips. This is often a great place to remind yourself to be patient with where you are at in this time. It's never a good idea to force your body into poses and postures.
