You will not need any props for this first segment. LeAnne will take you through some inner core muscles strengthening but challenges you not to think superficially, but to find strength deep within.
Continuing to build core strength for this second session we will remain on the floor. LeAnne is building your strength for the possibility of moving towards more challenging poses. She reminds you that before you can take on new challenges you must face your fears.
After all the hard work that you've been doing in the previous two segments you will need some restorative poses. LeAnne shows two variations of the fish pose. It's important to know which variation will be best for you. Have your yoga blocks handy, or if you are not ready for those variations you can take a shavasana.
