Larry gives us a great sequence that you can use to warm the body up before taking on Surya Namaskar A and B also known as the Sun Salutations A and B. Larry will use the blocks, a belt, and a towel for some postures, but it's not necessary. If you tend to need them every now and then, feel free to have them standing by.
This second sequence we add some movement as Larry takes you through the Sun Salutation. Remember to move with your breath. Listen for Larry's cueing but you don't need to match his transition time. Every movement should be matched with your own inhales and exhales.
As always the third and final portion of every yoga class is dedicated to more restorative postures. There is always one or two sitting or lying postures that might not feel very restorative for you. Larry starts us off with Gomukhasana (Cow Face Pose) here, if this is hard for you listen for his alternatives. Remember to be patient with yourself, yoga is not designed to be mastered overnight.
