For this second yoga session Gillian takes us through some standing balancing postures. This will test you on how patient you really are with yourself. Remember, if you fall out of position, don't worry. Balance takes time and patience to develop. If you are new, try some of these postures with one hand on a wall or a chair.
This restorative yoga session allows you to recover from the balancing postures and work on some flexibility. This section will continue to focus on patience as we allow the body to slow down.
