Larry's teaching today's yoga class with a focus on chest and shoulders. This first session will be a bit more relaxing as we don't want to hit those shoulder too aggressively in the beginning.
The second session of today's yoga class will be using the assistance of a wall. Before you begin, find a wall that would suit these exercises best. You might need to move a bit a furniture to give yourself some room.
Last but not least, the third yoga session today will focus on some alignment and restorative postures, while still focusing on chest and shoulders.
